“If someone were to call me and ask what I think of LAM Systems as a whole to do business with, I would have to tell them that they would be crazy not to do business with LAM."

After our first meeting to now I can say LAM Systems has been consistently on time with deliveries and the quality of the systems delivered are exactly as if I would build them myself. As a firm believer in building the system myself, I had a hard time thinking LAM Systems could build the same quality system as I could myself in the price range I needed to be at for my customers. The quality I refer to has allowed us to maintain a less than 3% failure rate of any components delivered to our customers. Intel® and Microsoft® Authorized: When you partner with LAM, you are also partnering with 2 of the leaders of the technology industry. As an Intel® Channel Partner Premier Member and a Microsoft® Gold Certified Partner, LAM can provide support and product information from those creating the technology, directly to you.
   
  Name Brand Components: Whether your preference is Intel®, Kingston® or Seagate® components, LAM Systems will supply you with the right product to match your client’s budget and needs.  
   
  Warranty Service Options: LAM provides a standard 1-year depot warranty to all reseller orders. If you have a client that requests on-site service, LAM provides on-site service through a national 3rd party service provider with technicians located in the contiguous United States.  
   
  Industry Low Failure Rate: With an overall failure rate of less than 2%, LAM is far below the accepted industry average. This figure is based on the number of hardware and operating systems failures in accordance with our stated warranty policy coverage.  
   
  Shipping Options: LAM can provide shipping to either your site or the end-user’s. Through a blind-ship, LAM can ship to your client with your name and address as the return address directly from our production facilities. This reduces order completion time and removes you from the task of having to add a second shipping charge. It also enables you to add a delivery charge if you wish to receive the product yourself and directly deliver, thus maintaining that personal contact with your client. Whichever direction you choose, LAM is committed to protecting your relationship with your clients  
   
  Hard Drive Cloning: This service is provided at no cost to you (you may wish to make this a price point to your client) performed on our configuration line, which allows your client to receive multiple machines, pre-configured and identical. This service is extremely beneficial on larger orders.  
   
  Burn-In of Operating Software and Component Testing: Our mandatory 24-hour burn-in period provides a higher level of protection against receiving a DOA or defective product upon delivery.  
   
  Consistency of Product: Whichever brands you prefer to work with, you can be assured that every unit in your order will be built using the same components. This applies orders of all sizes and also to multiple orders placed over a period of time.  
   
  Rapid Order Turnaround Time: We understand that time is of the essence. Our commitment is to have your orders normally completed within 7 to 10 working days of receiving your PO. This even applies to larger orders. When emergencies arise, we will be happy to try and accommodate even the most restrictive time constraints.  
   
  Customized Programs: Our desire is to provide a program that will meet your buying needs and those of your clients. Bundle and quantity pricing are just two of the ways that we can help increase your profit margin and tailor a buying pattern that is the right fit for you.
